Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery is pleased to announce that David M. Kogan has joined our Los Angeles office as an associate. David brings to the firm nearly 10 years of intellectual property law experience, representing clients in patent prosecution, litigation, and opinion matters. He counsels companies of all sizes on global IP portfolio management, strategic development, and licensing.
David has assisted clients working in industries including mechanical, medical, and wireless devices; chemistry; pharmaceuticals; biotechnology; and computer software. He also has experience litigating trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes and has handled a number of IP due diligence studies and product clearance studies.David earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He holds both a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and an M.S. degree in Molecular Pharmacology & Toxicology from the University of Southern California.
