Fitch Even was recently recognized as being among the top 100 best-performing law firms nationwide in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings in Patexia’s 2021 IPR Intelligence Report. Fitch Even was also ranked among the top 50 most-active law firms representing patent owners. In addition, Fitch Even partner Nicholas T. Peters was ranked among the top 50 most-active attorneys representing patent owners in IPR proceedings, and partners Timothy P. Maloney and David A. Gosse were ranked among the top 100 most-active attorneys representing patent owners.
Using data from over 7,500 IPR challenges filed from July 2016 through June 2021, Patexia evaluated the performance of more than 900 law firms and over 5,000 attorneys. More information about this annual report and its methodology can be found here.
