Fitch Even partner David A. Gosse will participate in an encore presentation of Strafford Publications’ CLE webinar “Patents and the Expectation of Success Doctrine” on March 29 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. CDT. Strafford will broadcast pre-recorded video of the webinar and Dave and his co-presenters will provide live Q&A for the audience.
During this webinar, the panelists will provide patent counsel with guidance on the reasonable expectation of success doctrine. In particular, the panel will examine the degree of predictability required, and the tension between expectation of success and enablement. The panel will discuss recent cases and will offer best practices for patent drafting and patent prosecution.
