Fitch Even Partner Edward Gray to Speak at ABA IP Litigation Workshop

Fitch Even Partner Edward W. Gray, Jr., will serve as a panelist during the Second Annual Intellectual Property Litigation Regional CLE Workshop, “Hot Topics in Intellectual Property Litigation,” on Friday, June 8, 2012. The workshop is presented by the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation and will take place at the offices of Schiff Hardin LLP in Chicago.

The workshop will focus on recent developments in copyright, trade secret, trademark, and patent litigation. Mr. Gray will participate in a panel discussion on “Secrecy in the Age of Email and Social Media,” which will cover topics including how to protect confidential business information from being shared via social media, what remedies can be used when such information is shared, and how social media can be mined for evidence in trade secrets cases.

Mr. Gray is well-versed in all areas of IP law, currently focusing his practice on intellectual property evaluation and strategy, trade secret programs, corporate technology management, licensing, patent strategy, trademark prosecution, and IP litigation. He has been in practice for over 40 years and was inducted into the National Bar Association Hall of Fame in 2011.
