IP Alert: U.S. Supreme Court Grants Certiorari in Two IP Cases

The U.S. Supreme Court granted petitions for writs of certiorari today in two intellectual property cases, Bowman v. Monsanto and Gunn v. Minton. The Bowman case concerns the doctrine of patent exhaustion, and the Gunn case concerns whether jurisdiction over certain patent-related attorney malpractice cases is exclusive to the federal courts.
