On September 13, 2013, in Chicago, 25 Fitch Even attorneys and professional staff members participated in Race Judicata 2013, a 5K Run/Walk benefiting Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS) Foundation. Congratulations to paralegal Nicole Clarke, who finished first among women and 13th overall in a field of 3,198 participants, with an impressive time of 18:34.
In addition, Team Fitch Even placed first in the Coed Division 2 category, fueled by strong showings by partner Scott Menghini, Felix Kahr, attorney Paul Henkelmann, and Jackeline Torres, along with Nicole. Many of our other runners also supported the team’s overall success with their notable race times.
CVLS is an organization of over 3,000 volunteer attorneys who donate free legal services to thousands of low-income Chicagoans annually. CVLS is recognized as the most comprehensive, most efficient and most cost-effective civil legal aid provider in Chicago.
