Fitch Even partner Christine Abuel Pompa will be a featured speaker at the Sixth Annual Conference on Ethics in the Practice of Intellectual Property Law, presented by the John Marshall Law School’s Center for Intellectual Property Law. The conference will take place on April 24, 2014, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, on the school’s campus in Chicago. Four hours of CLE credit will be granted for attendees of this in-depth professional responsibility program, designed specifically for intellectual property lawyers.
During her session, “Spoliation Issues in IP Cases,” Christine will discuss the duty to preserve evidence, the dangers and ethical issues relating to spoliation, and how to avoid it.
