Fitch Even Participates in Chicago Bar Foundation’s 2014 Investing in Justice Campaign

Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery was pleased to support the Chicago Bar Foundation’s Investing in Justice Campaign, an annual initiative that raises funds for pro bono and legal aid services in the Chicago area. With 146 law firms, corporate legal departments, and other law-related organizations participating, the 2014 Campaign raised a record total of $1.81 million. One hundred percent of individual contributions will go directly to grants benefiting 34 area pro bono and legal aid organizations that provide critical legal assistance to tens of thousands of low-income and disadvantaged people who rely on them.

Over the past eight years, the Investing in Justice Campaign has raised over $10 million to fund a wide range of services including web-based information and resources, legal aid hotlines, advice desks and clinics, extended legal representation, and larger impact litigation and advocacy. Through this initiative, Chicago’s legal community comes together to help ensure that people in need will have a better chance at equal access to justice.
