In her article, “Gambling on Patentable Subject Matter: The Intersection of Daily Fantasy Sports and Patent Litigation,” Nikki explains how as daily fantasy sports have grown to become a billion-dollar business, patent issues have emerged. She discusses in particular two major groups of patent lawsuits daily fantasy sports providers have grappled with during the past year.
