During the program, Steve will explain the process by which an invention becomes a patent, with particular emphasis on the administrative process (including typical costs and time frames) rather than on the substantive tests for patentability.
Steve has extensive experience in complex patent preparation and prosecution in the U.S. and abroad. He has assisted clients with patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate issues, complex litigation, and transactions for over 40 years.
